Community/Chieftancy Representation

TBT Properties has over the years nurtured a reputation in community/chieftaincy representation and has on a broad spectrum helped many family/group heads, communities and chieftaincies to regularize land matters with Lagos State Government, beginning in most cases, from virgin applications through Excision, Gazettes, C of O and Governor's Consent. This reputation has safely put us on a vantage position with unconditional access to notable royal fathers and respective chiefs/family heads in the sub-region, either in quest of properties to suit the needs of our clients or in settling conflicts amicably when issues of property ownership arise.

Among these royal fathers are: Oba Elegushi, Ooni Ibeju of Ibeju-Lekki, Baale of Abijo, Baale of Ogombo, Baale of Elekki Town, Baale of Alasia, Baale of Ajah, Baale of Igando Orodo, Baale of Ayeteju, Baale of Igbekodo, Baale of Shirnwo, Baale of Elemoro, Baale of Folu and others with the various family heads serving as chiefs under them.
